Can I buy tickets from other sources than UEFA.com?

Third party ticketing websites and secondary ticketing platforms are not authorised by UEFA to sell tickets for the UEFA Europa League Final 2023. Any tickets purchased from such sites will be invalid in accordance with UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL™ 2023 TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS and will not grant entry to the stadium. UEFA therefore strongly discourages fans from buying tickets from any such websites.

Fans from the general public could apply for tickets until the 28 April 2023 at 14:00 CEST.
