Is there a place near the stadium where I can get help with my tickets?

You can get help at the Ticketing Centres, which are located near the stadium.

Get help with mobile tickets: if you have not been able to access your tickets through the dedicated app, or you have troubles using the app and our FAQs did not help, you can visit one of the Ticketing Centres. Our staff will help you to resolve the issue.

We recommend that you come as early as possible, as queuing times are likely to increase closer to gates opening.

Please note that there are no ticket sales at the Ticketing Centres.
